cheesy tuna ‘n noodles

It is going to be a blustery weekend so here is a casserole that will warm your belly!

This is from my mother-in-law and is my husband’s favorite dish. If you aren’t the biggest fan of tuna, this dish provides you with the health benefits and with all the other goodness, the tuna smell is gone.

So easy and delicious!

tuna ‘n noodles 


1 can Cream of Chicken soup

Egg noodles

1-2 cups canned tuna

4-6 cups shredded cheddar cheese

salt and pepper

optional breadcrumbs or potato chips for top

preheat oven to 350 degrees

cook and drain noodles

in a large bowl, mix noodles, tuna, and soup directly from can

add most of the cheese, leaving some for the top

add salt and pepper to liking

put mixture in a casserole dish

cook 25 minutes

take casserole out and add the remaining cheese and if a crunch wanted, add breadcrumbs/crunched potato chips

cook 10 more minutes or until golden
